SCM-Manager 2.2.0

Posted on 2020-07-03 by Sebastian Sdorra

Since SCM-Manager 1 it has been the most wanted feature, and now finally you can change the namespace and the name of your repositories. Just take a look at the new "Danger Zone" in the repository settings.

Danger Zone

Another little feature is the capability to link to commits/changesets in other repositories in your commit messages and markdown documents like READMEs. Just use the format namespace/name@revision, eg. cloudogu/scm-manager@1234567

Change in ownership

We migrated to GitHub

Posted on 2020-03-09 by Sebastian Sdorra

As mentioned here, we migrated the scm-manager core repository to GitHub: scm-manager/scm-manager.

We decided to do so due to the removed mercurial support from Bitbucket. This is no statement whatsoever against Mercurial, we will continue to support Mercurial, Git and Subversion…
